How to Make Shell Charger Plates
To make shell charger plates you can use wicker chargers or inexpensive plastic charger plates as a base. Then use your shell collection and Hot Glue Gun to create a beautiful shell rim. If you use plastic plates as a base for your shell chargers you might want to sand the rim to make the surface more porous and/or use Glue for Plastics.
