Sea Colored Vases with Tissue Paper

Beachy bright craft idea with colored tissue paper.

You can use glasses, jars, votive candle holders or small vases for this craft. Then you need a bunch of colored tissue papers, Mod Podge decoupage glue, brush and scissors.
