This Beach Love Sign was made using a Cricut machine. If you don't have such a fancy tool, I'm sure you can pull this off by cutting the letters by hand. Enlarge a beach photo, trace, then cut out letters.
Paint the board any color you like, distress it a little to give it a weathered look, then adhere the letters using Mod Podge or glue.
