Wood Craft Ideas for Beachcombers -16 Unique Driftwood Sailboats

One of the best Wood Craft Ideas for sea lovers, without a doubt, are things made from driftwood (see Driftwood Crafts) such as the very popular sailboats. So after posting about Drilling Holes in Driftwood and constructing the boats, here comes the promised line up of all the wonderful sailboats (I could find)! You'll see that for this wood craft idea your driftwood piece doesn't necessarily have to be straight, nor big -it can be itsy-bitsy and fit on a clothespin! And your boat can look complete without sails too. So please enjoy the viewing!

Oh, how fun! I love those driftwood boats - it's great to see them put all together. Even though it's the same concept they are all so different AND wonderful!

Have a wonderful & beachy week. :O)

OMG, these driftwood sailboats are adorable!! The grouping of boats from Houzz is so great -- it's like a fleet of racing boats sailing across the mantel :-)

Thanks for following my new blog :-)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these!! I loved them from the earlier post, and love them even more now. I want to make one for my home, but I don't have access to drift wood. Any pointers on where to get some good driftwood?
I saw some on ebay, but I don't feel like you really know what your getting, or if the price is crazy. Any pointers on getting some good driftwood for this project? I only need to make 1! :)

The more primitive they are, the more I like them... appeals to the child in me I suppose.
