How to Make a Driftwood Clock in a Nutshell:
All you need to do is to attach a Small Clock Kit (Amazon) to the back of your driftwood piece. For that you want to chisel out the area where the mechanism goes. The goal is to create a recess that fits the clock mechanism snugly. Then drill a hole through the center, just large enough for the clock mechanism's shaft to pass through. Insert the clock mechanism through the hole from the back of the driftwood, then attach the clock hands according to the instructions provided with your clock kit.
