Chris who's shell planter I showed you here: Decorating Pots with Shells was at the right bar at the right time. The place was closing down for renovation, planning to get rid of all the furnishings, including the wood bar stools with the "nasty" vinyl seat covering. "Take whatever you want," the bartender said to her, and so she drove off.
After being totally dismantled, bleached and treated with numerous coats of stripper...
... the wood bar stools ended up with a cool coastal design.

What a "steal" she found! I love hearing stories like that and the best thing is that they didn't end up in a landfill somewhere. She did a beautiful job and the fabric is fabulous.
Oh, I almost forgot, I LOVE your header this week! I love taking photos of the beach and the oceans. This one of Clearwater touches my heart, because I think of other beaches along the Gulf that were so devastated by the oil spill. Thanks for featuring it Maya!
Wow!

Online source there is...I'd never looked before! I quickly glanced and didn't see the seahorse, but I also have the palm tree and it is gorgeous. I have a Halloween candle that is very cool too.
