This is Scott Currie's Southampton home. He is the captain of the Elie Tahari fashion label and he is also a man with a passion for everything nautical-sailor.

I love the way his home is filled with nautical details. A blue sailor knot towel...

... nautical-themed Wedgwood plates...

... and a variety of nautical rope desgins, such as two sailor knot boards on each side of the window, a giant Fishing Glass Float with netting by the stairway which sports a railing made from rope. Not to forget the upholstery on the chair, also a rope design.

And I could live happily in the pool house of this Southampton home! The vintage Signal Flags are a great touch, found on eBay. To see more of this home, take the full tour at Elle Decor.
