Decorating a door is not something I've ever thought about, but this closet door is quite artful.
And you don't need a brush to Create The Look.
These are Trompe L'Oeil stickers from Casart Coverings, and I think they really do "Trick the Eye". Best of all, they're repositionable, reusable, and removable!

I love trompe l'oeil, in fact, I have a notebook of magazine photos I've collected over the years. You had me fooled when I first looked at the photos, I thought they were real shells. How much fun is that door?

I don't know if you have noticed but in the last couple of months I have noticed stencilling creeping back into interior design.
