HGTV Dream Home 2013 -Yet again by the Sea!

I'm sure you've heard. HGTV's Dream Home of 2013 is by the sea again. It's number nine! To view my round up of all their coastal dream homes, click here!


This dream home is located on Kiawah Island in South Carolina which is, according to Coastal Living, one of the happiest seaside towns in America. I bet you'd be one of the happy people there if you won the house! The home is nestled into a landscape of local flora, oak trees and Palms, overlooking marsh land. Below are my favorite rooms in the house.



The entryway. You're greeted with a fresh sea blue and everything else in the space reminds me of the beach.


The Twin Suite Bedroom is a fun cheerful space and mixes Blue and Green. The Color Inspiration came from Sea Glass.


The master bathroom is beautiful. I love the the wall decor. But what I love even more are the corner windows. I wish the faucet was at the other end of the tub though. I would want to take full advantage of the view! Wouldn't you?


This is my most favorite space. The back part of the deck with the pool! It's cozy and private. I would swim laps here daily! Lights illuminate the water feature at night.
