As a kid I used potato halves as stamps. To hand stamp fabric is a lovely way to customize anything. Stamp on ribbons, curtains, pillows, sheets, napkins, table runners to create a pattern all over, or a border. And of course, stamp anything paper or cardboard, such as tags, wrapping paper and more. I found this little print on fabric project on Design Sponge. They whipped up a few darling custom tea towels.
This stamp project by Boogieboard Cottage, is done with a homemade stamp. Left over drop cloth was transformed into a charming beach theme table runner. Starfish were traced on a thin piece of craft foam and used as stamps.
