Kitchen Wall Decor with Monogram Mugs that Spell out Beach

Here's a fun idea for kitchen wall decor -hang monogram mugs that spell out beach! Or spell out any favorite word. This is also a way to organize your mugs!

I saw the idea in this airy modern Tybee Island Home by Rethink Design.

I don't know about you but I can think of many words to spell out! I looked around online and found similar mugs at Bloomingdales. But I just noticed that the letter H is missing (in case you wanted to spell out beach).

So try Anthropology. They have the complete alphabet! Click on "size" to choose your letters.

Or Make your own Monogram Mugs! This way you can customize the font. There's a special pen to do this with, called Pebeo Porcelaine Pen in Fine Point that you can buy at Michaels. But I think a regular sharpie will do as well. Look for a font that you like online, print out the letters and trace them to the mugs with transfer paper. When done, let the mugs sit for a day, then bake them at 300 degrees for 35 minutes. Once cool, they're ready for use and to decorate your kitchen wall! For the full tutorial follow the link!
