The deck, or dock, is the coolest hangout place with bar, seating, and built-in hammocks that float over the water.
Then, steps away from the home's patio is a serene sitting area with native Florida plants.

In the family room, they placed an Anchor Marquee Sign on the fireplace mantel. The round wood table is a great show piece as well, made from a tree stump that was struck by lightning. You find bamboo flooring throughout the house.
Also on the mantel, a Nautical Rope Lantern.
The Row Boat shelf in the living room is custom made.
