My Coastal Photo Fabrics -Washed Ashore & Starfish Galore

May I introduce to you my Completely Coastal Photo Fabric Line -Washed Ashore & Starfish Galore, available through Spoonflower.

photo fabrics
So far I have twelve different designs. All patterns are created from photos I took of sea treasures. The Washed Ashore photo fabrics currently consist of shells and seaglass that I have collected on the beach.

sea glass fabrics
Can you tell? These are pieces of seaglass!

photo fabric
There are so many things I'd love to make! A summer tablecloth..., upholster a stool or sofa chair, as well as bedding. I can see some of these photo fabrics as summer skirts too -especially the seaglass fabrics.

shell photo fabric
Here's the whimsical shell photo fabric in blue. Makes me smile!

orange shell fabric
A scallop shell in its natural beauty, repeated. The orange glow is the result from the shell being back lit.

blue and green fabric
For this design I used three different shells. Blue and green is one of my favorite color combinations, but I plan to do more shells in other colors, and more patterns too.

photo fabrics with starfish
Then Starfish Galore, photo fabrics with patterns, using the photo of two different starfish. The only two starfish I have! Well, I do have a third one, but it is not photogenic.

finger starfish fabric
These finger starfish are pretty much life size.

color starfish fabric
Starfish in rows.

black and white starfish fabric
Small starfish in black on white, also in a row.

starfish photo fabric
And a photo fabric with the same starfish as is. Love it!

photo fabric lampshade
I used it to re-cover the shade of my Drift Wood Floor Lamp!

The colors of the photo fabrics as you see them on Spoonflower are very accurate. But I still recommend you order a sample before making a larger purchase. You then also get to see the scale of the patterns in person. Even though, when you click on the patterns (on the Spoonflower site), inches are indicated, it might still be hard to visualize.

WOW!! I have been on the search for material to recover the big pillows on the back of my couch and some throw pillows... I just found them!! I love them all and so excited. I love the way the lampshade came out and may just add that to the list.
