OMG
I love it!
I'm going to get my husband to make me one.
I have a question for you (since you are SO totally brilliant) how do you combine comfy recliners with a nautical look? My husband is dying for recliners but they always look so 80s to me.
Since I'm not a professional designer, this is not easy. But when you say recliners..., I envision them in worn leather and in the same room I also see a nautical telescope, a globe, ship model or navigation map!
Regarding the lamp..., I was thinking along the same lines..., making one myself if (or when) I find such a stunning piece of driftwood.
Don't forget the details. The driftwood finial on top ;)
I'm always soooo attracted to these. I love the wood that washes ashore; their "skin" is so smooth. Off to the beach soon. yeah!
Those are so gorgeous! I love driftwood.
Have a great weekend~
How cool, the driftwood lamps are a creative use of nature's cast offs.
so my husband had this driftwood lamp for years. It was hideous, and it was banished to the basement by the washer and dryer for years. And we moved and left it there as a present (Hah!) for the new owners. And now driftwood lamps are everywhere and I am kinda wishing that we hadn't left that one there!
Incredible and no way can there be two alike. Love that!
Cool lamp and I'm lovin' your new header, Maya.
Love these lamps Maya. I'm off to look at the rest of this home! Have a great weekend. x Julie
