Driftwood, Sand Dollars, Beach Rocks and Shells, I love them just the way they are, but they do make great canvas' too!
This drawings was done with a magnifying glass, Burnt onto Driftwood. You can do this while sitting on the beach!
Painting on sand dollars @ Treasure from the Heart.

Rocks of course are great canvases!

And there are so many ways you can have fun painting your shells, also see: Painted Quahog Shells, Painted Shell with Quote, and Painted Shells in Wild Colors.

Pretty :-) I love the stones that spell out BEACH.
Maybe Lunenburg is so bright and colourful to help make the grey & gloomy winters more bearable!! Although if that's the case, most of Canada should be painted in multi-colours!! ;-)

And I really love driftwood~
More wonderful beachy inspiration! Thanks!
So cute! Love that driftwood!
Funny, I sometimes think I tune into your posts before you post them. Just yesterday I was looking at a piece of driftwood & thinking about the unopened woodburning kit in the bottom drawer.
Wonderful day,

What lovely treasures :)
Very cute ideas!! And speaking of driftwood, we actually found the piece that you saw on my armoire shelf down at the river. My husband spotted it and thought it was cool, and of course I agreed. I think it looks right at home on my shelf. :) Have a great day!
